At North Dakota Elite, our Tumbling program helps athletes build strength, confidence, and precision through proper technique and progression-based training. Whether you’re mastering the basics or perfecting advanced skills, our experienced coaches create a supportive environment that pushes each athlete to reach their full potential.

Recreational Class Options

Teeny Tumblers

Teeny Tumblers (Ages 2-3)

This class introduces your youngest athlete to movement, body awareness and balance in a fun and engaging environment. Through guided drills and play-based tumbling fundamentals, our coaches help toddlers build coordination and confidence that set a strong foundation for future skills.

Mini Tumblers

Mini Tumblers (Ages 4-6)

For budding gymnasts and cheer athletes, this class bridges foundational skills and more structured tumbling. By focusing on control, shape, and technique, participants build the coordination and strength that empower them to confidently progress to higher-level skills.

Intro To Tumbling

Intro To Tumbling

This class welcomes athletes who are just beginning their tumbling journey, focusing on shapes, body control, and foundational tumbling elements like forward rolls and cartwheels. It creates a strong base for ongoing growth in strength, flexibility and technical skill.

Level 1 Beginner

Beginner Level 1 Tumbling

Once foundational skills are mastered, this class helps athletes refine those basics and introduces more advanced elements such as back bend kick-overs and round-offs. The emphasis is on developing control, shape and fluid movement as they prepare for handsprings and beyond.

Level 1 Advanced

Advanced Level 1 Tumbling

Ideal for newcomers, this class lays the groundwork for tumbling. Athletes will focus on mastering foundational skills such as handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers, and roundoffs. Emphasis is placed on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, providing a solid base for future progression.

Level 2 Beginner

Beginner Level 2 Tumbling

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered the key Level 1 skills and are ready to build their handspring foundation. Coaches guide participants through drills and technique work to build consistency, strength and shape so they can confidently execute and connect handsprings.

Level 2 Advanced

Advanced Level 2 Tumbling

In this continuation class, athletes who already perform a back handspring and round-off back handspring move into advanced connections and combinations. The focus is refining technique, increasing power and preparing for punch fronts, tucks and higher-level tumbling.

Level 3

Level 3 Tumbling

Athletes begin learning tucks and specialty passes while continuing to connect multiple handsprings. The focus is on power, control, and clean execution helping each athlete feel confident performing advanced skills.

Level 4 Tumbling

Level 4 Tumbling

This class teaches advanced layout skills, aerial awareness, and multi-skill connections. Training emphasizes body shapes, power, and progressions so athletes perform high-level combinations safely and consistently building strength, precision, and confidence.

Level 5 Tumbling

Level 5 Tumbling

This advanced class is designed for experienced athletes mastering fulls, specialty series, and more. Coaches emphasize proper technique, body control, and consistency to help athletes perfect high-level skills.
