An introduction to basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and more!

Once all the Intro to Tumbling skills are mastered, Beginner Tumbling continues perfecting the skills needed for higher level skills.

Your handspring is the foundation of many higher level skills. Our handspring classes are taken once all beginner tumbling skills have been mastered.

A continuation of Handspring 1. Athletes must have a back handspring and round off back handspring skills before registering for this class.

This class focuses on skills such as: standing tucks, punch fronts, back extension rolls, and more!
