INTRO TO ALL STAR

Intro to All-Star is the perfect starting point for athletes new to cheerleading. This entry-level program introduces the fundamentals of stunting, jumps, motions, and basic tumbling in a fun and encouraging setting. Athletes build coordination, body control, and teamwork while learning the excitement of performing as part of a team. This is a great first step for families looking to explore all-star cheer without a major commitment.

FUNDAMENTALS

All-Star Fundamentals is designed for beginner athletes who are ready to experience their first taste of competition. Practices focus on clean technique, teamwork, and the foundation skills needed for future competitive levels—such as jumps, flexibility, entry-level stunts, and basic tumbling passes. Athletes perform a short, fun routine at local events, building performance confidence and a strong love for cheerleading.

HALF YEAR CHEER

The Half-Year All-Star program offers the excitement of competitive cheer with a shorter, lower-commitment season. Perfect for athletes balancing other activities or new to all-star, this program focuses on improving stunts, tumbling, jumps, and performance quality while preparing for a few local competitions. It’s a fun, flexible way to gain experience, build confidence, and grow as a team without the year-round schedule.

FULL YEAR CHEER

The Full Year All-Star Cheer program is designed for athletes ready to train and compete at a higher level. This program offers a full competitive season filled with challenging choreography, advanced stunts, tumbling progressions, and team building. Athletes practice multiple times each week and compete at regional and national events, representing their gym with pride and dedication.

Throughout the season, athletes develop strong performance skills, endurance, and confidence—both on and off the mat. This program is ideal for athletes who love the excitement of competition and are ready to commit to a full year of growth and teamwork.

Cheer Classes

FLIGHT CONDITIONING

A strength and balance class for cheer flyers! Athletes work on core control, flexibility, and body awareness to improve stability in the air. Drills focus on leg strength, body lines, and balance—helping flyers build strength and confidence for stunts at any level.

JUMPS & FLEXIBILITY

This class helps athletes increase jump height, improve technique, and gain flexibility for cleaner motions and sharper form. Athletes work on toe touches, hurdlers, and pikes while also stretching and strengthening to boost overall performance and confidence on the mat.
